Shipping, ownership and copyright termsThe flat rate shipping costs within Germany is 100,- EUR. Delivery within Germany is carried out personally by the artist. Shipping outside of Germany is currently not possible. Unless otherwise noted, all artworks are sent without a picture holder. The artist shall retain copyright in and to the subject artwork. The artist hereby grants the owner of the artwork the nonexclusive right to copy or transfer the work to other formats for exhibition or archival purposes only. The artwork, in whole or in part, may not be reproduced for commercial purposes. It is essential that the artist or a technician approved by the artist be consulted before each public installation to approve the exhibition conditions. The artist or his technical advisor must always approve details and modifications to the installation. The owner of the artwork should maintain the certificate. |
